What is your process?

For all services: You'll receive a confirmation email of your design service purchase and access to a Slack channel for ongoing communication.

Design audits: We'll deliver your personalized UI/UX design audit report (Figma file, image file, PDF, or video) in 48 hours. Upon receiving your report, you can ask for a 15-minute call to discuss our findings and recommendations.

Landing page design and subscription services: We'll ask you to fill a form to understand your business needs better, and then set up a meeting to confirm how to proceed further.

What is your fulfillment and refund policy?

As our work starts immediately upon your purchase, we are unable to offer refunds - However, in case you are not satisfied with our work on our Design Subscription plan, you can cancel within the first seven calendar days of your purchase, and get back 75%.

Due to the nature of our business and its services, we do not provide refunds, cancellations, and returns, unless both parties expressly agree upon. As our work starts immediately upon your payment of a design service, we consider them not feasible. By making a payment and purchasing a service, you acknowledge this and accept this policy.

Design subscription plan: If you are not satisfied with your design subscription purchase, you may cancel your subscription, and get 75% back. Any work done by us, partially or wholly completed, will be delivered to you within 7 days of your cancellation.

How will I get updated about a design task?

You'll receive regular updates — typically every 2–3 business days — depending on the type and scope of work. For ongoing design subscriptions, updates arrive as tasks are completed. You can always reach out with questions or to reprioritize tasks.

What if I am not satisfied with a design?

Landing page design: We offer two revisions for landing page designs. In case you are not still satisfied with the outcome, we will try our best to go the extra mile, and offer revision rounds based on our availability.

Design subscription plan: Our design sidekick plan comes with unlimited revisions - so you can ask for revisions as many as you want.

What does 'unlimited requests/revisions' mean?

For our Design Subscription service, you can submit as many design tasks or revision requests as you like. We'll handle them one at a time, in the order you submit. You'll never be capped on how much you can ask — but we maintain quality by focusing on one task at a time. To ensure you get the highest design quality, we capped the maximum number of subscribers at 8 - meaning that you will get at least 30 hours of dedicated design work per month.

What does 'cancel anytime' mean?

You can cancel your Design Subscription service at any time. If you cancel within the first 7 days, you'll receive a 75% refund — no questions asked. After the first 7 days, your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period, and no further charges will be made.
